“waitNpay” is a payment option, and we are not involved in the delivery of the product or the service. If you are facing any issue related to the order, you can contact the merchant from their website or app. If they issue a refund, it will reflect in your “waitNpay” account instantly. In case you are unable to get in touch with the merchant, you can dispute an issue directly from the “waitNpay” account. We will investigate the issue and get it resolved it for you.

In case you have not received a refund, it is probably because it has not been initiated by the merchant yet. If you were promised a refund and it still is not showing up on your “waitNpay” account, drop us a message along with the transaction details and we will contact the merchant and have it resolved for you.

In case you have cancelled the order, you can go ahead and dispute an issue directly from the merchant website / app. We will contact the merchant and have them look into it since cancellations and refunds are in their control. Once they initiate a refund, it will reflect instantly on your “waitNpay” bill.
