About “waitNpay”:
When you buy online, you have to carefully enter all your details every time. Sadly, this
complicated verification process only gives you the illusion of security. In reality, the chances
of fraud go up every time you share information over the internet.
With “waitNpay”, your payment details are never passed to the merchant. By using
“waitNpay” you reduce the number of times you give out your banking data online, hence
we reduce the chances of fraud!
“waitNpay” lets you transact & make the payment with 1 tap on various websites and apps. All your purchases for the day are added into a bill. The bill is generated on every transaction day which is payable within 7 days. Unlike cards and net banking, you can skip multiple verifications and repeated OTPs. Unlike wallets, you are not forced to refill first

“waitNpay” Account:
We're not yet on all platforms (Website, iOS & Android) of all our merchant partners. Therefore currently it is available only to customers of few of our merchant partners. You need to have an user account with our merchant partner with a verified mobile number, a valid Permanent Account Number (PAN) card, and one of the officially valid document as address proof. You must be 18 years of age or above. Further eligibility is decided based on information already available with merchant partner and your Credit Bureau history. Based on these and a host of other factors, Financial Institution partner will decide the “waitNpay” limit for you.
Your “waitNpay” bill is generated on the day you perform a transaction. All your transactions during the day are added into one bill, which is generated at the end of day. Due date to make the payment is 7th day from the transaction date. Of course, you can choose to pay for your transactions even before your bill due date. You can do so by logging into your account via our website or app.
This could be due to a few reasons.
1. We're not yet on
all platforms (Website, iOS & Android) of our merchant
partners.
2. You may not be signed in. “waitNpay” uses your phone number as
the primary identifier. So be sure you're signed in with the
same number as the one connected to your “waitNpay” account.
Your spending limit is initially set by default. But once you start using “waitNpay”, the limit is constantly updated based on a few factors.

How regularly you repay:
Regular and prompt repayment is the most important factor in updating your spending limit. If you're quick and consistent in settling your dues with “waitNpay”, your spending limit increases over the time with your consent -
Your spending habits:
The spending limit will mirror your purchasing habits. If your spending increases steadily, the limit will go up too with your consent. -
Using the waitNpay account:
You can also raise a request to the “waitNpay” to increase the limit. After due verification we can increase your spending limit. -
The strength of your profile:
A strong profile allows us to verify your identity, and get to know you better. “waitNpay” uses this information to increase your spending limit with your consent.
There are no charges, if you make the payment for the amount due on or before the due date. The late fee is applied if the amount due is not cleared on or before due date of the bill.
We do have late penalties in case of delayed payments. The late is fee is applied if the amount due is not cleared on or before due date of the bill. We have explained the basic late fee slabs for your quick reference below:

We're really sorry about that! We count on multiple network providers to deliver our SMS messages. But they do face temporary issues from time to time. If you've faced this issue on multiple occasions, or if you're receiving your OTP but it's invalid, please write to us and let us know.
“waitNpay” determines your spending limit based on your usage, which includes your repayment behaviour. If your spending limit has reduced, it' s mostly due to repeated delayed payments to “waitNpay”. If you think there's been a mistake, you can contact info@waitnpay.com or drop a message to us with your phone number linked with “waitNpay”.
You can change the number associated with your “waitNpay” account. But unfortunately, we don't have it as a feature on our app or website yet. Not to worry - you can just drop us a message or email info@waitnpay.com with the following details:
- The current number linked your “waitNpay” account
- The new number that you would like to update
- A ID Proof (Passport/ PAN card/ Aadhaar card/ Driver's license).
We need this for verification. Also, please make sure you don't have any pending dues on your current “waitNpay” account.
We're really sorry that you want to stop using “waitNpay”. We're working on giving deactivation as an option within the “waitNpay” dashboard. But for now, you can drop us a message and we'll handle the rest. We also request you to please include the reason why you want to deactivate your account as well. That'd help us get better and improve “waitNpay” for everyone.
Orders And Refund:
Just like paying with “waitNpay”, refunds on “waitNpay” are also simple. In case you have not received a refund, it's probably because it has not been initiated by the merchant yet. If you were promised a refund and it still isn't showing up on your “waitNpay” account, drop us a message along with the transaction details and we'll contact the merchant and have it resolved for you
“waitNpay” is a payments option available on merchant apps. As the products are delivered by merchant partners, the detailed invoice containing order contents, delivery address, order id and more is available on the merchant app. You can check the order history in the merchant app to get the invoice. In case you're unable to find the invoice, please don't worry. You can drop a message to us with the Merchant name, order date, amount paid and your phone number. We'll have this resolved for you
“waitNpay” is an online payment method. We have partnered with different merchant partners to provide seamless and faster checkout while making the online purchase. “waitNpay” as a company is separate from the merchant where you use us. So you'll have to pay us directly online, and not the delivery executive. If you have paid the delivery executive, do let us know by raising a dispute for the respective transaction through the “waitNpay” account and we'll get it checked for you.
Firstly, we're sorry for the inconvenience caused. You can go ahead and dispute an issue directly from the merchant website. We'll contact the merchant and have them look into it since cancellations and refunds are in their control. Once they initiate a refund, it will reflect instantly on your “waitNpay” bill.
“waitNpay” is a payment option, and we are not involved in the delivery of the product or the service. If you are facing any issue related to the order, you can contact the merchant from their website or app. If they issue a refund, it will reflect in your “waitNpay” account instantly. In case you are unable to get in touch with the merchant, you can dispute an issue directly from the “waitNpay” account. We'll investigate the issue and get it resolved it for you.

How can I track my order?You can track the order from the merchant app by checking your order history. You can contact your seller and ask them for a tracking ID against the order placed by you.
Unresponsive merchant?Not to worry! You can raise a dispute for the particular transaction on the “waitNpay” app / on the website. Once we have the details, we will contact the merchant for you and get this resolved!
Paying “waitNpay”:
If a payment isn't made by the due date, “waitNpay” can charge a late penalty of up to Rs.
500 + applicable taxes (GST) per month. In case a user informs us about any issue s/he is
facing while making the repayment, we may reverse the penalty, depending on the situation.
Users are also notified multiple times via Email, SMS and other reminder notifications before
the penalty is levied. In case you're facing any issue, do drop us a message, and we'll get back
to you at the earliest and have it resolved.
In case of non-payment of the amount due on or before due date, the user account will be
temporarily blocked. If the User does not pay the amounts due for a period of 30 days from
the date such amounts are due, “waitNpay” may suspend the usage of the account of the
user.
Yes, your UPI handle is a public identifier of your bank account. So you will always have to confirm every payment before it can go through. Furthermore, your UPI handle is absolutely safe with us. We are PCIDSS Level 1 certified, and we will not share your payment details with any third party
The chances of such a failure via UPI is rare. But in case it does happen, don't worry. The money will be automatically refunded by your bank within 5 working days. In case you face a payment failure or any other related issue, do message us and we'll have it checked with the bank.
We do not accept payments made via cash or wallets at the moment.

Pay/Phone Pe), or Net Banking.
Every “waitNpay” bill comes with a due date of 7 days. Let's take an example. All transactions dated 1st will be recorded in one bill, which is generated at the end of the day. You'll have to settle it within 7 days i.e., on or before 7th.
Sorry you've had to face this. If the amount was debited and the payment failed, don't worry, the amount will be automatically refunded back to your bank account within 5 working days.In case you face failure or any other related issue, do message us and we 'll have it checked with the bank.
Sorry you've had to face this! Payment failures happen due to temporary outages on the bank's side. The best solution is to just try again after some time. In case you've made more than 2 payment attempts at different times of the day, and it still failed, do send a message and let us know. We'll pause all further action, and check with the bank.
